Colorado Department of Human Service
The Division of Child Care is Colorado's lead agency in planning and implementing public policy on child care issues. The Division also inspects, licenses, and monitors approximately 10,000 child care facilities in Colorado, manages the child care assistance programs (CCCAP) for low-income families, and is the lead agency in implementing federal child care programs.
 
 
Qualistar Early Learning
Qualistar is changing the face of early education in Colorado. We are the first in the nation to combine a thorough accountability system with a statewide network of resource and referral agencies. We are dedicated to improving early learning experiences for all children by developing and implementing a statewide early childhood education system that empowers both providers and parents. We offer a 4-star rating system and a continuous improvement program that measures quality and supplies hundreds of providers with tools and strategies for success.
 
 
The Early Childhood Council
The Early Childhood Council is a childcare Resource and Referral Program free of charge to the community.
 
 
Poudre School District
The Early Childhood Program serves over 600 children from birth to 5 years old. These programs provide diverse experiences and give young children and their families opportunities and tools for success now and in the future. The Early Childhood Programs are supported by federal, state and local sources.
 
 
The Child and Adult Care Food Program
CACFP provides reimbursement for nutritious meals and snacks served to eligible children in child care centers, family day care homes, as well as to eligible adults in adult care centers. Colorado's program is administered by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
 
 
Foster Grandparent Program
The Volunteers of America Foster Grandparent Program helps develop intergenerational bonds by bringing together youth and older adults.
 
 
United Way of Larimer County
It takes the whole community working together to reach our goals in these areas. So we bring together people from all across the community - people from government, business, faith groups, non-profit, and ordinary citizens. If it requires fundraising, going to city hall, or just getting people to work together, that's what we do.
 
 
The Mountain State BBB
The Mountain State Better Business Bureau has nearly 3,400 members that have met our standards, and covers a region made up of 38 counties in Northern Colorado and Wyoming.
